We accept returns and exchanges in the following cases:
✅ If the product arrives damaged or incorrect
✅ If the wrong size was sent

Because all sneakers are made to order, we can’t accept returns for custom design preferences (for example: if you change your mind about colors or themes after production).

⚠️ Returns are not accepted if the package was damaged or held in customs for too long — we’ll help you contact the courier if that happens.
